Our packages are sent by Lettre Suivie, Colissimo, Chronopost via La Poste and DHL Express. We advise you to group your orders so as not to pay multiple shipping costs.
Orders placed before 3 p.m. are prepared and then delivered to carriers by collection the same day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and unforeseen events. Orders placed outside this time frame are dispatched the following day excluding Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday. A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail, in order to follow the delivery of the order. A delay of 24 hours may be necessary before it is updated.
As soon as a follow-up indicates a status such as "distributed", "delivered", "returned to the mailbox" or "delivered to the guard", no action can then be considered. Steam and Vape undertakes to take the necessary steps with the carrier as long as this status is not validated (complaints, reshipments, etc.). Delivery times are given in working days and as an indication by the various carriers.
Lettre Suivie is proposed when your basket contains only items with a thickness lower than 2.5 cm including packaging. Example: 10 ml bottle of e-liquid, coils, spare parts, etc. Tracked letters have a tracking number and are delivered without signature in the mailbox.
